Seems the focus is on his hair cause his face seems kinda blurry. I like the shadow effect on his face. It kinda looks like you cropped the front of his chin? Maybe it's because of the dark outline that's left. I also noticed his hair is all frizzy like your other drawing. Consistent style. Good job :D

Lol so it's supposed to be a girl and i don't like bluring the hair cuz then it turns all........ weird looking. Originally i was gonna draw a face but......... it was easier just to make her look away :D Cuz drawing a person's face from the side..... isn't my forte.... <----lots of dot dot dot dot dots.
